Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our Commercial Division. In this role, you will support the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting our international expansion strategy. You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and order management.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B clients in India, Europe, and the US.
- Generate leads through networking, industry platforms, LinkedIn, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Support the preparation of business proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Assist in managing client accounts and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create impactful sales materials and campaigns.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and buyer requirements, especially in Western European countries (Germany, France, Netherlands, UK, Nordics).
- Maintain CRM (Zoho) for accurate lead tracking, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Finance, Logistics) to align client requirements with delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in textiles/garments or B2B manufacturing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory); knowledge of a European language (German, French, Dutch) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and exhibitions.
