(RBV Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. – RANNG)

At RBV Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., branded as RANNG, we are committed to conducting business

responsibly, transparently, and ethically. Our Code of Ethics reflects international best practices

and compliance with European Union standards, International Labour Organization (ILO)

conventions, United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and

OECD Due Diligence Guidelines.

This Code guides our employees, partners, and suppliers in upholding the highest standards of

integrity and professionalism in every aspect of our operations.

1. Integrity and Transparency

We conduct business honestly and fairly, free from corruption, bribery, or unethical

practices.

We reject any form of facilitation payments, kickbacks, or unlawful benefits.

We maintain transparent communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

We comply with all applicable Indian laws and international trade regulations, including

EU product safety, labor, and environmental standards.

We respect country-specific requirements for labelling, quality, certifications, and

customs regulations when exporting garments to the EU, UK, and USA.

3. Human Rights and Fair Labour Practices

We uphold the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and ILO

conventions.

We ensure no child labor, forced labor, or bonded labor in our operations or supply chain. We provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace, free from harassment or

discrimination.

We respect freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.

We ensure fair wages, working hours, and benefits in compliance with Indian labour

laws and EU expectations.

4. Health, Safety, and Well-being

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace.

We adopt preventive measures in line with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and

Safety Management).

We promote the well-being and continuous training of all employees.

5. Environmental Responsibility

We follow the principles of sustainable manufacturing, minimizing waste, water use,

and carbon emissions.

We are working towards certifications such as GOTS, OEKO-TEX®, Fairtrade

Cotton, and ISO 14001.

We prioritize recycling, eco-friendly packaging, and responsible disposal of waste.

We align our sustainability vision with the EU Green Deal and Circular Economy

Action Plan.

6. Product Responsibility and Quality

We ensure that our garments meet EU safety and quality standards, including REACH

compliance for chemical safety.

We implement strict quality checks following AQL standards before shipment.

We continuously innovate to deliver products that are safe, durable, and sustainable.

7. Anti-Corruption and Fair Competition

We comply with OECD Anti-Bribery Convention and EU anti-trust rules.

We compete fairly, based on quality, reliability, and innovation—never through unethical

practices.8. Data Protection and Confidentiality

We respect GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) standards in handling

personal and business data of EU clients.

We safeguard confidential business information and intellectual property.

9. Responsible Supply Chain

We expect all our suppliers and partners to adhere to this Code of Ethics.

We conduct due diligence to ensure suppliers meet ethical, environmental, and social

compliance standards.

We support suppliers in achieving certifications and sustainable practices.

10. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

We are committed to building an inclusive workplace that values gender equality,

cultural diversity, and equal opportunities.

We respect the principles of EU Charter of Fundamental Rights and align with SDG 5

(Gender Equality) and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities).

11. Reporting and Accountability

Employees, suppliers, and partners are encouraged to report violations of this Code

without fear of retaliation.

We maintain a confidential grievance mechanism in line with EU best practices.

Violations may result in disciplinary action, termination of contracts, or legal

consequences.

Declaration

This Code of Ethics applies to all employees, suppliers, and business partners of RBV Lifestyle

Pvt. Ltd. (RANNG). By working with us, you agree to uphold these principles and join us in

building a responsible, sustainable, and ethical garment industry.

Location & Jurisdiction:

This Code is issued under the authority of RBV Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram, Haryana,

India, and governed by Indian law while aligning with EU and international frameworks.
